Default Power Window Motor

Ok I replace the motor a few months ago , easy install bla bla, now its bugging me it is not as smooth start sound as the passenger side, passenger side you can hardly tell its started when you open the window.
From the day I installed it, it had made a clunck or bang noise when you lower the window from closed or open position. I have checked the track and everything is smooth running and tight.
Could it be a part in the motor that's banging?
I just can't figure it out.
It is a motor from Checkers not a GM motor.
Thanks

Is there suppose to be an rubber pad between the motor and its mounting area?
When I took out the old motor there was rubber pad on the bottom of the door.

The motors wear out and are never the same, especially if the "new" motor you purchased was a remanufactured unit.

Usually the clunk is due to the regulator not being attached securely to the door (loose screw, etc.) or the motor not attached securely to the regulator. If you watch those pieces with the door panel off, you should see the movement.

The rubber piece is probably the rest for the window glass. (Its a bumper that the glass rests on when the window is all the way down.) Its a rectangular block that slides in a slot cut in to the bottom of the door. If you take the door speaker out and look in the door, you should be able to see the spot where the rubber piece slots in. Sometimes, they come out of the slot and roll around the bottom of the door.

Funny thing is everything seems tight and moves well. Motor is tight in place I think it maybe the motor, it only makes the sound in full up position or down position.

It seems to have just started when I installed the new motor, I really don't remember it being this loud with the old motor.

One other thing to try is looking down through the door with the panel off. There are two felt pads, bolted in to the top ofthe door, that contact the glass in order to keep it pressed on the outer weather stripping when the window is shut. Some people adjust these when working on the motor (which is not needed) and that throws things off kilter. If the pads aren't correct, the glass will ride over them and "pop" back in to place once the curve of the glass makes it past them. (The pop happens in the same place every time when the glass is partially up.)
