Oil pressure dropping slowly over time???

Exclamation Oil pressure dropping slowly over time???

I bought my 2000 camaro Z28 with 80,000 miles on it and it currently has 123,000... it doesnt run like it has that much miles on it or looks like it... but over time my oil has been dropping lower n lower... i am now around 32-35 when im suppose to be above 40... my engine temp is also gettn hotter.. not overheating just hotter then normal.. Do i need to change my oil weight and add something else when i change my oil? i run full synthetic valvoline 10w-30... HELP!!

mine has 120xxx i run 6 qts of full synthetic penzoil platinum 5-30.mine at about 200 degrees is about 39-40 at idle on a hot day, but as for your hot problem, get a 160 thermostat and do a cooling system flush.

If your engine is getting hotter it thins out the oil hence the lower OP. Get your radiator flow tested at a radiator shop. If it flows within spec then you have problems elsewhere to figure out.
