I am about to add mac mids and get some 4.10s to my 95 ta.I know my speed-o will be off and need the pcm reprogrammed to get it right.But my question is about the power increase from a mail order tune on a relatively stock(cai,mids,no cat,tsp rumbler)LT-1?Will a tune make much of a difference with only these mods?Will it run rich without a tune?My old 90 model truck hasnt had a speed-o in years and its no big deal driving with out one so should I fork out the money for a mail order tune to fix the speed-o-meter and retune after the mods or is it a waste of money for only a few more ponies?Or could it gain more than I am thinking it will?Thanks for any input.

Absolutely. A tune by itself, even on a stock car, will provide significant gains. You'll have the option of changing the speedo calibration with the tune.

Who would yall recommend for mail order tunes?Seems to be a big gap in price between the few I have seen.(pcmforless and fastchip)
