FWD Ls1 Manifold..any pics?

I remember a while back, someone posted a pic of a exhaust manifold for a FWD applicaton. Anyone have any pics of it or what it came off of?

Just the front LS4 manifold, might work. The rear has the Xover feed and center DP exit away from the head.
