Default Vibration after Wheel Hopping

I took my car to the track last sunday and when the car leaves I had a real bad wheel hopping problem. After I left the track driving the car home there was a very bad vibration coming from the rear of the car. It only happens around 30 mph up to about 70 mph....Any help would be great..... I have checked the drive shaft it looks ok. PLEASE HELP

Maybe a little far fetched but one tire could have moved on the rim and thrown that wheel out of balance. You could always just have the back wheels balanced to rule it out.
