th400 neautral safty sw?
Had speartech build a harness for me. He told me a neutral safety switch will need to be hooked up to the PCM since I have a th400. It is so the pcm will know if the car is in gear or not.Says it helps the a/f table know if it's under a load at idle. Any way, do I send 12 volts to one wire and let the switch complete the circut when it's in neutral, like it does for the ignition in order to start the car? Any one with some knowledge on this would be great!!! Thank you all

If you had a M6 it's easy just wire your Neutral Safety switch to your old clutch pedal switch. That's what I did and it works great. If your car was a auto, I don't know.

If it was an A4 it connects the the same color wires as an M6-green and purple, and they are on the A4 shifter. But the mention of a Speartech harness makes that info useless without more info.
