Car is lopsided after axle swap

Had the dealership put in a new axle under warranty the other day, and now the car is higher on the side the axle was put it.

What could they have done wrong?? any thoughts...

Lost one of the rubber spring isolators? Got a spring and isolator stuck in there, but not sitting together correctly. That is about it.
