Default 255 or 285 fronts?

i just purchased a staggered set of ysk deep dishes(17 front/18 rear) i currently have 17's all around and wanted to use a pair of my current tires to mount up front to save some money. the front rims will be 17X9.5 and want to know what will work/look better 255's or 285's? i'm leaning towards the 255's because of lower sidewall but i want them to actually be even with the rims. anybody with 17X9.5 fronts have any suggestions/pics of this combo?

I also have deep dish y2k's and I went with - 255 in front and 295 in back - it looks great - but i will def go with 275 in front and 305 or 315 in back next time.

Go with the 255 if you are trying use what you have....
285 may be a bit to big and rub...or sell the 285 and get 275...
I had a 245 on a 17x9.5 wheel before and they didn't look bad.

275 in front for better handling.
