I've had numerous one wheel peels.Didn't really hurt the posi though.
Now I just don't put in the additive when I change the fluid and the posi is unreal.Of coarse turning tight corners makes the rear sound pretty funky.

6000 hard mountain road miles and over 100 2nd gear burnouts/passes on ET streets (low 1.7 and a few 1.69 60's with a 3600lb M6 car) and my posi still works fine.

Make sure you dont have synthetic lube in there, the posi will pretty much stop working if you do..

I left the friction modifier out of mine as well - and DAMN is it noisy on turns. People look at me funny when they ride in the car But it *always* spins both tires so I'll leave it as-is ..

KP, wait till you make the power to run 1.5's, then see how that posi holds up. somthin bought that M6 in a car.
I had good luck with my rear for a couple years, prob 20,000 miles. But first couple 1.5 60' it wasnt having it.
