Default o2 causing ses light

i tried a thread in newbie with no response. I have a 99z with full exhaust and i had the car tuned and he deleted the emitions causing the light along with the rear o2s and the car was fine for a couple weeks then the light came back on so i checked and it was the o2 sensor heaters bank 1 and 2 i reset them and they came back the next day so i swapped out the sensors for the rears i had from the header swap and shut off the codes again and the next day the light came back. I cant think that i had 4 o2 failers in week but i dont know anything about computers so please help..thanks Brian
