I have the MS4 and PRC LS6 heads and I have over 5000 street miles with no problems and i never flycut. Its aa good cam and makes good power too.

My ms4 helped my valves kiss all 8 of my pistons. I discovered it when upgrading heads. I had never mechanically overreved my engine either, just pinged off the rev limiter a few times. Heads were stock(had never been pulled off at that point), and the cam install was done by a reputable shop. The cam was bought as a kit with the prc springs good to .660 lift, titanium retainers, chromoly pushrods etc.

Other than the grooves in the pistons, I would have never known. The engine still ran strong. But just food for thought. I'm pretty sure on a 111lsa ptv clearance w/ the ms4 is only .030...
