Default Spark Plug swap

I know this may sound like a real dumb question but I have to ask. What is the best way to get those dang plugs out on the right side of the engine? I can't even get my hand in there to pull the covers off. Is there a special trick or something. Any help would be great.

on my 02, i pulled the tube off the exhaust manifold. it made it easier for me. i was careful and did not destroy the gasket, but it might be something you hav to replace.

you should be able to reach the first 3 from up top with no problem by doing as the others have suggested, but the last one is alot easier to access from underneath the car. this is just from my personal experience
