Default Lots of fuel/injector questions

I tried to search for these, but no luck... HELP!

Where is the fuel pressure regulator located on an 02' LS1 Camaro? In fuel pump? On tank? Or just the one on the fuel rails???

I just installed a new fuel pump and I get 60psi at fuel rail when she cranks over, but it doesn't seem like the injectors are squirting fuel. They are dry, and so are plugs. What should I check?

I believe one of the injectors was leaking, because coasting down hill with no gas pedal she would backfire. Also car would miss fire under load on occasion. Could leaking injector prevent car from starting, and not allowing fuel to pulse through other injectors?

I just can't get this thing to turn over and I'm stumped? Is there a way to check if injectors are receiving pulse? Tools?

What about a bad battery? I have mine hooked to jump box just in case.

Does it maintain 60psi? yes there is a pulse tool to see if the injectors are getting pulse. You need a scanner to check crank signal and other things.

I'm going to get a "node" light to check for injector pulse...

Stupid question, but is the injector harness connected. Cause you would still get 60 psi but no fuel to the cylinders.

Yes, harness is still connected. Car will start occasionally. Someone mentioned my crank sensor?

Ok...injectors are NOT firing. Must be electrical? PCM? TPS?
