Default vacuum pump?

I was woundering if a stock air pump would pull enough vacuum on a motor if hooked up to the valve covers at wot? I keep blowing oil out my valve cover breathers.

ok damn camara is not working, so
bascally i have a t the back in the of my engine bay with the two of the back ports of the valve covers conncetd to and then a hose going from that t to the air pump(i relocated it where the winshield wiper fluid use to be) and then i have a small filter on the passenger side front of the valve cover(you can keep it going to the tb if you want, but my tb does not have a provision for it)

but if you have a good pvc system still(00-02) i would recommend just using that and connecting a hose where its suppose to go to the intake to the air pump
