AN fittings, what pipe thread size?

Default AN fittings, what pipe thread size?

-6 is 3/8 and -8 is 1/2 correct? Can someone post a conversion chart if you got it?

yes, they go by 1/16ths..

-3 = 3/16"

-4= 4/16 = 1/4"

There really is no direct relation from AN to pipe thread. BADD SS is correct about the AN numbering relating to 1/16's of an inch.

3an ~3/16"
4an ~1/4"
6an ~3/8"
8an ~1/2"
10an ~5/8"
12an ~3/4"

As far as pipe thread goes, from memory, 1/8" pipe is close to 4an, 1/4" pipe is close to 6an, 3/8" pipe is close to 8an, 1/2" pipe is close to 10an.
