1/8 mile times, advice

1/8 mile times, advice got out to the local 1/8 mile track last nite but i couldent get a good 60ft out all night. I think its because of the tires but give me your advice. The car puts down 420/380 and i was using nitto 555r's.

the car suspension has: SFC, K member, Upper A arm, Lower A arms, Koni SA in front, ADJ torque arm, Rear LCA, Drag Bar, Panhard Bar. Spohn items. Ya i figured the tires were holding me back some, im gonna buy some street lites w/ mickey's and give it another shot.

Why screw with the rims? Just order up some Mickey ET drag radials and stage back up... I bought a set of used salad shooters to mount the ET Streets for the track...
Looks to me like you're breaking loose BAD out of the whole and despite that you're still making decent time.
Slap on the new drag skins and stage up... my guess is you'll be looking at 1.6x 60s and 7.7xs trapping low-mid 90s.
