2002 Zo6 PVC system
what is different on a 2002 ZO6 Corvette's PVC system that keeps the intake oil free!! I want to change my 2001 TransAm over to the Vettes system so I don't always have oil in the intake. What do I need???

I've done it to my car back before the cars came out,but the parts were available.I must say it was a waste of time, did'nt make any difference. It still gets oil in the inatke. There is a write on the parts install on www.ls1howto.com

The Corvette system pulls the vapors from under the intake manifold while the F-bodies pull the vapors from the back of both valve covers. Both systyems seem to be ineffective so the best solution is to use a catch can or air water seperator between the pcv valve and the throttle body. The only down side is that it has to be emptied periodically.

Damn, I did mine when I put my LS6 intake on, then I removed the intake 700miles later to paint it and it was totally dry and clean on the inside. I do have a 98 Camaro, if that matters. I thought it was a great mod, and I was able to do it for about $45.
