Default O2 sensor/tune question

Well, I am doing a header install soon and was wondering if there is a chance of me messing up my new O2's if I drive too long w/o a tune. Should I just drive with my old ones and then install my new ones right before I get the tune?

new ones should be fine... but just some advice on the headers and y-pipe. use band clamps unstead of u clamps... you will be thankful later if you ever have to take it apart.

I am doing 3" TD's and I bought a set of V band clamps already... Now, I might be driving like 2 months after the header install b4 a tune... Still think I should just install my new O2's right off the bat?
