Default what is this plug harness for?

As some of u can see this harness plugs directly into my reverse lockout coil. The main haness plugs into it via the black rear connector you see. The reason i ask is because the reverse lockout coil doesnt work when this harness in plugged in , but when i eliminate it and plug it into only main harness it does. I just want to know the purpose of this harness to figure out wether i can get rid of it , or repair it. If its the skip shift elim, does anybody happen to know the value of the resistor inside the harness?

That would be a Skip Shift Delete that someone plugged into the Reverse Lockout. Unplug it and plug the Harness Connector straight into it. If you still have the Skip Shift use that little part on it.
