Arrow How strong is a T56? Same T56 as in a Cobra?

How strong are the T56's in a 02 Firehawk? Are these the same as in like a 03-04 SVT Cobra mustang since they're both t56's? Would be nice to get one in my 87 gt stang. Anyone know the max hp/tq numbers? and if they're alike?
Thanks

The F-body T56 is the weakest out of the 5 but its still strong. I'm not sure where it breaks but my friend was pushing 500whp and 550wtq in his GTO with just an upgraded clutch for around the last 50k miles, his car total has around 110k on it.

I know the Viper's t56 is the strongest then you have the Vette, GTO and Cobra in there and then the F bodies.

Im pretty sure the T56 from an Fbody is stronger than a Cobra.
The Cobra has 10 spline input shafts, where the Fbody has 26 spline.

Yes the Cobra unit is weaker because of the 10 spline input shaft . Once its upgraded , the Cobra T56 is on par with the F Body unit .
