What is it used for? Not sure ive ever heard of an o.d. grinder, is this something big or something hand held.

Big. Parts are up to 48" inches long and 6" in diameter. Its basically like a lathe.

Oh ok, im a heavy equipment mechanic, we have alot of tooling but nothing like that.
