Default Turbo mounting???

Well to start off I have a ls6 powered rx7 and i am working on turbocharging it with a borg warner s475. Space is a bit cramped so i will be making my own manifolds so they can go where i want them to. Problem I have is i want to mount it sideways like in the pic. Question is since this is so close to the crank pulley, will it have any adverse affects on it. I noticed there is rubber between the inner and the outer so I was thinking maybe it would melt and separate. Let me know if anyone has experience with this. thanks

Shoot a closer picture and compare it to F-body front mount like KY and OFI setups.
