Berry's 98SS

i have a 98 ss and my windows almost never work if you push the button too roll the windows up or down my radio will cut out and go blank. i thought it might be a short so i followed the wires from the radio to the window switch and found nothing. i thought it might be the swich so i replaced that still the same thing. it doesnt make any sence. when it doesnt cut the radio out the the windows go up and down fine so i dont think its the window motors. if anybody has a suggestion i would really appreciate it.
