Neutral saftey switch. how do you hook it up
Ok I went from a 4L60E to a T400 what wires do I need to splice together and do I need to buy the swich from summit like this one. How do you hook it up. thanks

Whatever the case is, the wires are one green and one purple. If it was an A4 they end at the shifter, if it was an M6 they end at the clutch pedal switch on the floor.
Both types end up at a block behind the knee plate right around where your left knee would hit it and to the left of the steering column.
And you really want to wire it up to either a stock shifter switch or an aftermarket shifters supplied switch. It's a bitch trying to mount a micro switch like that to a ramdom location and getting consistant operation. Aftermarket shifters have those switches, but they also have dedicated mounting points.
