I've just put my Comp SA 1318-16 1.6 rr's up for sale in the classifieds. Only 25 miles on them. $225 shipped. $300 new from Jegs and Summit plus shipping.

You can generally buy them in singles and 16 packs on jegs or summitracing.
Sometimes in 12s.

I don't think they make a 4 pack but you can buy 4 individually.
