I am in the process of putting an lq4 in an 88 Suburban. I have the motor in and it runs, but i can't get my water temp and oil pressure to work. I have them hooked up to the Factory harness which i did not cut. I bought the adapters from speedway performance for the passenger side head and the back of the block. Why would my guages not work? they are hooked up just like before, only in a new motor. Any suggestions or advice will be much appreciated.
