If you don't know the last time it had service done, now is a good time. What kind of help are you looking for on the plugs and wires? Might as well run some seafoam through it before you service it too, then change you oil/filter, fuel filter, ect.

Seafoam is an engine/fuel system cleaner, you can find it at any auto parts store. If you have stock exhaust manifolds the plugs may be a pain to get to but it's still a pretty easy job.

Have fun with the number 8 plug. I found for me it is easiest to get to that plug from under the car. I would replace the oil/filter, fuel filter, rear diff fluid, tranny fluid if its not already brown, run seafoam (you can get it from Autozone or NAPA, see this thread for how to do it http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/general-maintenance-repairs/534376-how-seafoam-your-car.html), check brake pads for wear, coolant flush, check radiator hoses, change power steering fluid......am I missing something?

Dont forget to clean MAF, change belts, Thermostat, and maybe think about O2 sensors.
