Default Difference in exhaust brackets for 98 and 99+?

I have a 98 and I bought a Magnaflow catback from a guy that has a 99. My car had a flowmaster catback on it but I sold it off the car. I didnt have it installed, it was on the car when I got it. The catback I picked up is damn near new and has 2 mounting points on the drivers side and 1 mounting point on the pass side. My car has only 1 mounting bracket under it on each side. The one on the pass side doesnt seem to line up with the magnaflow at all. Could it be that Im just missing the brackets or are the brackets different from 98 and 99+?

From what it looks like in the pic, it may have included the brackets....

Thanks
Mike
