Default What oil
Just wondering what oil you guys run, my mods are in my signature and I run the car quite a bit at the drag strip! Also there is 116k on the clock! Right now I'm running castrol syntec 5w30 in winter and castrol 10w30 in summer.... Just wondering if I should bump to a thicker oil with racing it and mods and miles on car!

i run 10w30 nonsynthetic...140k miles, 40psi warm idle, 60-80psi WOT. no probs at all here, and i beat on my car like it stole somethin

castrol syntec 5W-40 for me. never had any problems with it.

I was advised by LGM to run 15w50 in my 402 stroker.

im running sae 30wt conventional in my 383,i guess it depends on if you run it year round and how tough you run it.

I always run 10w30 syn in the summer also
