Fuel pressure OK at idle but goes way up under Throttle.
I have high fuel pressure when I step on the gas.
I have a 3 gauges on my pillar - FP, Fuel/Air mix, and vacuum/boost.
Recently I noticed that whenever vacuum drops, FP goes way up. Is the fuel pressure regulator controlled with vacuum.
I know the gauge is not totally accurate but the gauge reads around 45PSI at idle and pegs over 100 PSI when vacuum drops.
How do I fix this?

Something seems wrong, as your pump will not likely make 100psi, nor will the injectors open at that pressure. Get a good gauge & retest your results.
If you have an aftermarket regulator it could be vac/boost referenced, explaining the pressure change, but your pressure numbers sound incorrect.
