Exhaust Question

The mods I have are listed below. I know that my headers are holding me back some, but at this point in time they wont be changed. I would like to add either a cut out in I-pipe or remove my dual-dual muffler and install a loudmouth or loudmouth II. I should see some gain, not expecting crazy numbers but just something a little extra. Any feedback is appreciated!
