Default HELP....Clutch Question...

guys....i am soooo close to getting this project started, but this last 5% is killing me.

Ok, I connected the 98-2002 camaro hydrolic master from the gm dealer, using the S&P bracket, welded the clutch pedal as per their instructions....put it all together and....drumrolllllllllllll

NO CLUTCH PRESSURE. The rod on the master is totally extended and the pedal is agaist the floor......what to do? HELP! I thought this would be an easy one...but I guess not. Can someone please offer advice?
