Will stock rails / vette FPR support 550rwhp boosted?
Building a 6.0 Turbo. Only looking to make 550 @ wheels for now, until I finish my forged short block. I have 60lb injectors, and am looking to build a fuel system. Can I keep my stock rails (returnless style) and use a corvette FPR/Filter ? Will a 3/8 feed line and 5/16 return line be sufficient @ this power level? I was planning on running a in-tank walbro 255, I can run dual 255's if necessary. Here is my proposed fuel system, please tell me if this is sufficient to support 550rwhp
60lb injectors
Stock truck fuel rails (returnless style)
Corvette Fuel filter / regulator (with return)
3/8 fuel feed
5/16 fuel return
255 walbro in tank (duals if necessary)
COUPLE QUESTIONS
1) Do i need to run a boost referenced regulator? Or is vette FPR ok
2) is 3/8 feed line sufficient at this power level?
3) single 255lph walbro enough, or duals?
4) car will be running methanol 50/50 spray also...if this matters
THANKS!

Upon further searching (i know i know)...it looks like the single 255lph and stock FPR / lines are fine with 60lb injectors. Probably should go dual pumps though if i plan on pushing past 600 later. Correct?

The rails & regulator will suport 550rwhp no problem (as well a a single 255 pump is roughly limited to this level). Above 650, & you will see a pressure drop at the rails due to the regulator location (in the filter, at the rear) being far away from the rails.
Line size should be fine.
Add a front mount regulator instead of the Vette filter & you can solve this problem. I have custom line kits if interested in building a system.
