Short Block Storage I may be going to pick up a shortbock for the camaro.. Im probably going to get is saturday but wont be ready for it to be installed for a few weeks. what is the best way for me to transport it do i need to build a frame for it out of wood Anyone have any dimensions. i dont have a garage so what is the best way i could store it to keep the weather out of it.

I've never done it with an LS1 but SBCs and BBCs will fit on these, if you're in a jam:

Yea i just need something that i can sit it on to put it in the back of a truck so it doesnt slide and whatnot i dont believe it has an oil pan on it...
