Default TCS throttle cable vs Non TCS

Is there a difference between the two and are they interchangeable. I am going to buy one from someone and I have a ls1 motor swapped into a different car. Not sure what I am looking for here any help would be great.

tcs requires the tcs setup with one cable going from the pedal to the tcs and another going from the tcs to the throttle body. the non tcs goes from the pedal to the throttle body.
