Default 1994 Z28? Need opinions please.

Need you guy's honest opinions.

I bought this 1994 Z28 in December of last year from Chicago.

I bought it as a project but I wanted something that ran and drove, so I picked it up but I'm getting bored and just wanting something different.

1994 Z28
A4 - 4L60e

T-Tops
Black

The Good.

Run's & Drives Good - No Problems - Mechanically Sound
Tranny Shifts Strong - No Slipping
No Weird Noises Anywhere, Good Driver.
Decent Paint
All Body Panels Are Straight.
All Lights Work.
Aftermarket Fog Lights - More Brighter And More White - Xenon?
3" From a gutted cat back into an unknown muffler but IMO, it sounds good.

Thing's Ive installed since I got it.
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump Professionally Installed By Shop
New GM Optispark, replaced this month.
New PS Pump, replaced this month
New Water Pump, replaced this month
New MSD Coil, Added this month
New MSD Super Conductor Plug Wire's, Added this month
New Drivers side window motor.
New Vent's Inside

Other

17" Eagle Wheels - Nexxin Tires I Gotta Check? 275/40's, Real Good Shape.
The Better 3.42 Rear End - Rear End Clutches Are Decent. - Posi Works Good.
It has 3" From The Cat Back Into An Unknown Muffler, Cat gutted? Sounds good, you can judge by the video I'll be posting.
17" Eagle Wheels - Nexxin Tires? I gotta check. 275/40's in good shape.
3.42 Gear Rear End - Posi Clutches are fine, it still does it's job.
No Nitrous has been run through the engine.
Clean Title

What it need's worked on.
Need's dashpad (Doesn't have one currently, long story.)
Small rip in drivers seat, I was going to just get some nice seat covers.
Small exhaust rattle at times, started after shop did fuel pump.
Has aftermarket alarm that had the wire to the horn cut so the car will not
always close with the door open, had a shop tell me $50 they fix it.
Has pretty much no stereo...Ok it has a kenwood tape deck that's hooked up to one speaker lol (Pass Side) because the rest of the speakers are missing, I'm guessing the previous owner has a system in it.
Headline is falling a little in front of the drivers mirror, could be glued up ect.
Heater core need's to be replaced? Could just need system flushed, heat really doesn't work but no fluid on the carpet ect ever so it probably just needs flushed.
Latches on arm rest/console are broke
Small amount of "sun burn" behind the t-tops.
It was keyed in the past but I did my best to cover it up, can't really see it unless your close and you look close or feel around, thought about having it fixed before I sell it.
The gauges are a little dark in some area's, nothing unreadable.
Some wheels are pitted and slightly peeling, front pass is the worst.

I think that's about it, I used it as a DD for a few months now with no problems and just been replacing things here and there, it is a fun car and I was planning on keeping it to modding it but I get bored with stuff easily.

Car is located in Waterloo, Iowa but I've shipped many cars if need be but that's on the buyer.

Thanks a bunch!

probably the only reason I'd get rid of my current raggedy '94 Z is if I could afford a newer one but alas with the current economy .. I'll ride mine as a DD for awhile longer If I had yours I'd definitely would at least improve the audio system with some nice speakers. I ordered up from crutchfield 2 prs of http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113KFC1...9ie.html?tp=94 speakers plus a $25 giftcard(to get free shipping ) for the doors and rear pillars of mine for $130 shipped to replace the blown factory paper ones.
