Default Pilot Bearing Help!

Im fairly knowledgable of cars and want to know how hard changing a pilot bearing really is

Remove transmission, remove clutch/flywheel, use a puller from parts store to pull it out, hammer new one in with some thing with a flat surface, install clutch/flywheel, install transmission.

Sounds easy but its a huge pain in the ***.

ok thanks...but i have a update...come to find out it probably isnt my pilot bearing, i had a broken motor mount and didnt know and caused strains on my shifter ...now my slider and **** is messed up..

i wanted to know if 1000 +parts was too much to get tranny drop opened fixed and reinstalled
