Default #1 cyl injector is only one pulsing

03 5.3, custom harness, original mapped ECM, no smog, 4L60E trans in a 40 chevy truck. 56 lbs fuel pressure in rails, #1 cyl is only one firing, replaced crank positioning sensor, I am seeing that the only injector that is pulsing is #1, if I spray starting fluid in the throttle body it will run till all fluid is burned up.....so.....why are the other injectors not pulsing, the internet is saying that the computer is only recognizing the #1 cyl position......but thats not the issue......if that were the case it would not run at all. I just replaced the crank positioning sensor.....and no change

Default

Was the engine running when you installed it?
If not, had it set for a considerable length of time?
If it's been sitting, it's a possibility you have some stuck injs.
Have you noid lited all 8, to see if the pcm is triggering them?

Default noid lited?

check them to see if they are getting power? (pulsing power) I have not...I am reading now that it might have something to do with VATS.
