1-fix the tack
2-shift points can be adj. in the computer i believe, ask your tuner.
my 4l60e with make the 2-3 shift at 74mph at 6500rpm with 3.73 gears and 26 inch tire.
shift points all depend on your current setup, the Youtube videos you watch wher the car makes a 2-3 shift at 90 is prolly a 2.73 geared car. you need to set shift points according to peak power output, and then go to the track and feel the car out and see if it pulls good or not so good with different shift points.
when i had a 224 cam i gained time from going to a 6300rpm 2-3 shift from a 6500 2-3 shift. the car was just out of steam and need to be put back into the power band.
Now that i have a bigger cam i raised them back up to 6,500rpm on the 2-3 and it felt as if the car liked it better. Its all trial and error, but with your car you may need to fix the tack before you do anything else.

93 is not a 4l60e Its a 700R4/4L60 The shift points are controlled by the TV cable presure and the GOVENOR and are actually soley based on MPH TV (THROTTLE PRESURE).
To change the WOT shift points you will need a govenor recalbration kit. Sold by TCI B&M you could also use the corvette govenor which would raise it some. However probably not as high as you would like alone.

Ok well when i had the car dyno he took it to 80 in 2nd gear and hit the rev lim, so dose that mean i can **** 2-3 at around 75 with out hurting the motor and yes i need new cluster. Wish i could find some one that will trade the 93 for the 94. Thats whats in my can in great condition but tach dont work. Thanks for all your help.
