Just like the title says, do I really need it? I know it's only $19 more, but is it absolutely necessary on a car that I'm installing heads/cam on with 86K miles? What are your thoughts?

i've had nothing but great service from SDPC.

about the bearing, if you can swing the extra bucks then why not. its not neccessity though. i did my cam swap at 96k and bought the rollmaster double without the bearing and havent had any problems with it.
