Default Weird problem??????? HELP!

Ok guys, I am running a stock cube LS1 with a single plane and a carb. For my fuel system I am running four separate -6 lines for the supplies and returns. I have an in tank walbro 255 feeding the motor and an in line walbro 255 feeding the two kits. (1 plate, 1 fogger).

Here's what's happening.... I can set the regulator to 5 psi, then make a dyno pull or track pass, check it after the run and the gauge will show 2 psi. OR 9 psi, OR 7.5 psi. It does stay consistant throughout the run/pull though. What is really weird is that if the fuel pressure drops 3 lbs on the nitrous side or raises 2 or 3 lbs it will do the same on the motor supply side! I have changed regulators, pumps (to a holley blue), and gauges.. I am running all of this out of the stock tank in my 99 Z28.

If any of you guys have any advice or suggestions I would GREATLY appreciate it. This problem is REALLY starting to **** me off...

I have an Aeromotive, a Barry Grant, and a Mallory. They all do the same exact thing.
