which way to install morel lifters?

which way to install morel lifters? Ive got a set of morel link bar lifters. Im not sure which way they go in. Does the link bar go in facing the inside of the engine, towards the valley? or does it go in facing the outside?

Link bar should be on the intake manifold side of the lifter (top).
On the LS2 block the wedges in the block make it apparent as to wich way they go in.
