1997 Speed Weeks Pacecar?

1997 Speed Weeks Pacecar? Local used car lot has a 1993 WS6 with "1997(?) Speed Weeks" Home Depot-ish press-on lettering on the door...Blackbird on the C pillar, nascar stickers on the gfx.
The car itself has low miles (23K), it is clean..black on grey cloth hardtop, 6 sp.
Looks completely stock they are asking low 11000...
Apparently they have a lightbar.
Did these cars pace 97 speedweek? Did GM have a limited run of replicas?
Stickers aside, the car is pretty nice...
