Default Silence...TAP TAP TAP...Silence

I got a 00 WS6 a few months back and while driving it one day i noticed that after the car warmed up the infamous tap that ive read about appeared. what has me still dumbfounded is that it goes away shortly there after..all the threads that ive read nobody has said that it goes away. Could it be a lifter issue that most have had? Oil pressure is fine, no loss of power, etc... anybody have any suggestions or should i go ahead and get new lifters?

Almost forgot, sorry...cammed, dual valve springs, hardened pushrods...

Yup my old 2000 Z28 did the same freaking thing for years. Just get a louder exhaust and it goes away.
