Suspension Question! I have approx 46K on my 2000 TA. The upper and lower ball joints and both tie rod ends are almost flat. I have an extended warr. and am getting GM to fix it. Has anyone else had this problem with miles as low as that? GM put sealed ends on the ball joints and rod ends so I can't lube them. Any recks on what to do for the future when my warr. runs out? I plan on replacing all bushings with polyUs but what is out there for rod ends and ball joints I will ask them to at least put replacement parts with grease fitting in them
Much help will be appreciated.

flat ???????????
In my expereince sealed balljoints and tie rods last much longer then greaseable, 46k is not the norm but on the other hand average life span for ball joints and tie rods at work is 16-18k miles, so you could be worse off.

wrencher, almost flat refers to boot overlap or a large amount of slack. ta12sec, Good info. Do you have any suggestions on good aftermarket replacements? How often do most Fbody owners change out ***** joints/ rod ends?
