Default delayed 2-3 shift..billet servos installed

ok i have a 94 4l60e that i just rebuilt red alto clutches and 3-4 .025 clearance and have billet servos and all pinless pistons installed also the 3-4 spring loaded check valve in the drum.when it shifts 2-3 its a good second before the shift completes . how can i get a quicker shift.I am worried i will fry the clutches again if it shifts like that wot.1-2 feels ok and it seems like 3-4 was a little quicker than2-3 but not much.I will be doing a pressure test today to see where its at..by the way i should just check it in reverse right?

I would cehck max line OD position harness unpluged from the trans that will show what it is in gear at max in 3rd.
How does the 2-3 shift feel when it does happen ?

The 2nd to 3rd just feels like your normal delayed shift. You can just feel the hydraulics doing there thing but just feels sloppy.Ive had a problem before the rebuild with 2-3rd felling like this. I was hoping setting the clutches tighter this time around would fix it , but apparently that wasnt the case.oh and btw..still having that dam taking off in 2nd or third. This thing is being a pain all the way around.
