Default F body front runner set up on 6.0 block

Guys,
I doing a little research on swapping to a LS style engine in the old 1st gen camaro.
I'm wanting to use a 6.0 liter truck engine. I'm wanting to run a F-Body front runner set-up on the 6.0 liter engine.

I'm concerned about the harmonic balancer. I've read that the pully is integrated with the balancer.
Option 1 ( using the same pulley)
-Do the pully's on the 6.0 liter have the same amount of ribs for the belt?
-If so, are the spaced the same amount out so I can use the existing balancer with the F-Body front runner set up?
Option 2 ( using the F-body pully on the 6.0 liter)
-Are both rototing assembly neuatral balance so I can just swap the balancer?

1.

Although they are both 6 rib belts the 6.0 truck damper sticks farther out than the F-body. Therefore you need the F-body balancer to use the F-body accesories.

2.

Both assemblies are neutral balanced. You can easily remove the truck damper and install the F-Body one.

If you need an F-body damper I have a couple of brand new GM units available

Not as pretty as the f body or vette set ups, but it gets the job done. F-body water pump with the truck pulley. I didn't have the money to buy an f-body acc. set up so I'm running this.

thanks for info guys...
Kneivel,
I read were accessories stuck out further for the trucks, but wasn't sure about the balance. Good to know... I'll keep you in mind on the balancer.

68 RS camaro,
I'm still considering the truck accessories, I'm going with a stock style intake so I would have to relocate the top tensioner bracket for the alternator. Which I realize the make a kit for that. It looks good with the carburated style intake though.

BoostedLQ9SS,
I'm still weighing my optioins... I'm going to wait a little while before I start buying up parts. Thanks for notice though...
