Happy Valley UT is going to HELL...LOOKOUT!
Just got the car running last Wednesday with the new heads, intake, 4150 TB! The car runs fantastic even untuned with no surging, and pulls like a freight train from 2500 rpm. I don't need mounds of torque to push 2540 lbs so i chose the victor...I LOVE IT! MUCH better than the LS6 and stock tb! I'll get it tuned at the end of the month. Shooting for 450 rwhp.
Had the car going for 2500 miles last year used primarily for early morning blasts in the desert
I use the car to fix my bad days cause it's impossible to hold back the smile snapping on the 5 pt's and pushing the starter button and hearing that cam'd 8 with no sound deadening
Local peep's shoutout!

TELL YOUR DAD TO DO IT!!!
There are NO drawbacks to this swap:
-100 lbs less weight in the absolute best spot to lose weight on the car
-Ridiculous aftermarket for parts
-MAINTENANCE!!! (No more $100 oil changes and $500 [generic] spark plug wires!!!) And this motor is a dream to work on compared to the flat 6.
-SOUND
-UNLIMITED power ability
-The looks you get pulling up the light in a narrow sleeper 911 with retarded lope and basically open exhaust...priceless.
Depending on the mileage, your dad can fund almost HALF of the swap just by selling his 3.6 liter. I sold mine for $7k

As far as keeping up with your buddy, Search "Yellow bird" in google video. Its a 911 3 years older than mine in 1987 that ran mid elevens and 185 mph in the standing mile on street tires with 457 fwhp...It was the worlds fastest street car at 213 mph for a few years until i believe the McLaren F1 or the Jag XJ whatever. Your buddy, well I hope he runs 10's on street tires...911's are traction monster's. If you do it right the car just hooks up only like a rear engine car can, they explode off the line...ever seen a 1.30 60 ft Vw beetle running high 10's?
Do it, we'll wheelie side by side on main st

Thanks for the howdy, most Porsche guys hate to see a young kid in a "hacked up" V8 (GASP!) 911...especially the turbo guys.

haha i think my dad would do that like he needs a hole in his head, he has a c6z that he barely drives as it is. however a few years ago we bought a 93 shell and were about to do a 350 swap on it but we ended up selling the car to a good friend who restored it.
now we are talking about doing a northstar/350/some bigass motor swap on a fiero that we have in storage.
