Starter rubbing flywheel?

Default Starter rubbing flywheel?

It seems to sometimes do this and makes a whistle noise when it does. I have a ls7 clutch setup with the flywheel and I wanna know what I could do to stop this, it kinda sounds like I have a supercharger very lightly lol

no one has a answer?? this was happening to my friends gto to, someone has to have a idea to make the noise stop
