Default Oil pressure loss at wot!!!

Today I was driving my 2000 z28 and I looked down at my phone when I looked up the light was yellow. Not knowing how long it was yellow for I down shifted and floored it. I looked down at my oil pressure gauge and it was at about 25 psi. When I let off it went back to normal. At idle it's at about 40 steadily and when I'm under normal acceleration 55-60. I've read that it could be the high volume pump I have an slp high volume pump could this be the issue? If I drove the car around for a while without punching it will it be okay as long as oil pressure stays normal? P.S. I only am at about 3000 miles on the engine with a brand Forged engine I'm changing my oil today. Thank you for your help.

Make sure there is enough oil in the pan. Should take ~5.5 quarts or so.
